Your victory lies against the horizon, Sun dogs sparking that imaginary light That guides you ever on. Mine waits qu...

This is exactly the kind of thing one hopes the publisher is looking for! You have spoken to the determination in all of us.
This is a fine statement, but one wonders if it truly appropriate to the publisher's requirements. While the statement is certainly true generally, one hopes it doesn't hold for writers. Then again, this is a memoir, and I don't know you, so I could be a million miles off.
