Today, we all cry. The day began, with everyone panicked and arguing like a dysfunctional family. Normal. March 22, 2008 I have no idea what gave Jereth the idea to dump water on me to wake me up especially after the beating I took from Zee earlier that day. Cake eaters beware! I never started liking cake until I was about seven or eight. This poem was a hilarious picture into the little shop who held this glorious cake only to see it raped mentally and physically by the masses. It sounds like you are comparing family life to a circus, but it's not all there. Less emotion and more imagry is very important in a poem. You are the readers guide, so he/she will only see and understand as much as you put down on paper. I would like to see some action, more than the hoops, it's a good start, but it could be so much more.
