I attend a truely terrific art school in downtown Toronto as a sophmore this year. Unfortunately my english teacher leaves little room for growth and developement. As a result I am failing english due to my lack of enthusiasm to participate and comply. Who wants to write essays on savage children anyway?
Some things that truely colour and spice life in my eyes are , of course, the cadences revealed in music, my camera and the memories I make with it (http://flickr.com/photos/maybegirl/), my friends who I lovelovelove, and swimming. I am an eager sagittarius and a monkey and I portray all the charicteristics of both in vast quantities.

Words are not enough at times where the horizon feels to be creeping towards your feet, leading to the impending doom of the earth cracking and crumbling beneath erratic soles. If the world were to disintegrate where you stand, would not a scream be frozen inside your chest? In this time of utter chaos; where things were NOT in their rightful place, I can hear the reverberation of the ground where I stand crackling to dust or something much more translucent. If I fall now, who will be there t...

Toes tap expectantly at the edge of a freefall and heart thunders to a beat you have developed a great familiarity to. The board beneath your feet gives to a bounce, enough to launch yourself into oblivion. If your eyes are closed and you hold your breath you may be able to ignore the height, but adrenaline is still racing in your blood and only the touch of ground will stop that. Up until the last moment you have the courage. Hauling yourself up rung after rung, you feel an exhuberance that ...

Hah. I like the unpredictability and how the title gives away nothing for the rest of the story. The end seems kind of a minimalist effort to break it off though and I think that's thebiggest weak point. If you expand this it could be good.

That was certainly inspired. I can't imagine where you got the idea... There was certainly something solid about the storyline, not flimsy as you find in a lot of circumstances. I liked the fact that Ketrin's name meant something "in a language long dead and dust." I think that maybe ou could have threaded some feeling of tenseness into the beginning, aprehension to add a link between the two characters. I thought perhaps that they were brothers or something of the sort.
I don't understand what this has t do with boxes; they weren't mentioned. Good deail and a solid storyline. The woman must be mad, though. Maybe if you gave us an idea of the setting - when and where - we would be able to make a bit more sense of it. Location, location. It helps set a bit of rationality to lean upon.
