A string of words that, each having meaning an reference to the author's life in their own right, also work to some extent to modify their neighbouring words to lift it above the stream of consciousness that it first appeared, leaving the reader in some ways none the wiser although tantalized by its Scorpio-like themes of money, sex and death; abiding metaphors common to us all and thus of universal interest.

The reference to a deity makes this a little confused, as its role in proceedings is ambiguous. This may in fact be intentional, blurring the distinction between the action and the subject, although if not, the chances afforded by the anticipated Olympian moral tale would be missed.
