Have you ever noticed that if one is intelligent, forthright, dedicated and a high achiever that that person is under enormous pressure, scrutinized by the lesser self esteemed individuals because the weak are frightened by their own performance. In turn the strong are being watched for perfection, always under suspicion for they can take control, overshadowing the diminutive creatures and creating chaos. Take Caligula and Joan of Arch, two very powerful individuals very dedicated in their is...

Crimson and frailty for whom waits As deaths begotten forever cherished Emanated swollen rapture of life gone Hover eternal, amidst beauty remembered Winding to the sky for love not departs Finger tips brush lily petals, soundless undertow rumbles such that no sorrow lingers My heart forever settled as for once I knew As the tide pulls my brow, I go willingly Through fallen velvet meadow, finality embraced captured within my heart I lay in splendor The sea's kiss calls to me from the cliffs

I loved the use of words here but i did get confused when it was one minute a story, then the other minute a conversation between "Tracy and Mat" or is it "Scarlett and Rhett" ?
This is cute, but then I have a sick sense of humor. A fun story, I liked your use of words when describing "granny" "in her pale blue dress". I felt the sun beat down on my skin and the smell of tall grass blowing in the breeze filled my head. It was nice :)
"Silver breath, fresh and agile" is what I see when I read this poem, very strong, something of power, Yet the ending even though beautiful "among doves and sunflowers and fiddleheads" is well, it could use a stronger ending thou. I have a hard time finding the end of my poetry too....... Its the best part I think. I really liked this poem it is beautiful, Thankyou
