Hmmmm. I am a woman. Pretty smart. Pretty pretty. Pretty cool. Pretty creative. Pretty good. Pretty good.
I like to have fun, learn stuff and live.
Dancing, singing, painting and writing are pretty pretty too.
I just wrote a book, Gazelle Therapy. It’s the ‘Rebel’s Workbook to Rediscovering the Meaning of Life.’
I am an inventor/writer/poet/painter/philosopher/singer/songwriter/business woman/aspiring progressive/fledgling activist/evolving spiritualist/low-level scientist & mathemetician.
Hollah back at me!
Singing, dancing, writing, painting, cooking, traveling, meeting new peeps, not giving a figgidy-fudk about a fiddgiddy fudk, caring ahellavollot bout what truly matters, observing style, learning, nature, ou…

It's time to take a leap of faith I'm more tired than I've ever been And more frightened And out of options So into the snow Into the ground Into my heart I will be found By that which cradles But never sins I'm No longer that which plays And never wins

When the lost Gospel of Mary (Magdalene) was found in Cairo (1896), the first 6 pages had been ripped out. This is from the 7th page. "everything returns to its roots; matter returns to the origins of matter." Jean-Yves Leloup, founder of the Institute of Other Civilization Studies, writes the following: "All evolution involves a return; yet a return in this sense is not the same as regression. To return is not to go back-rather, the return is accomplished by moving forward. It is a return to...

You can't rush life. All you can do is get in your car and drive. I'm tired of trying to stuff myself into a suitcase. Open it up, baby. We're unpacking.

I let her go into the dark today. She left of her own accord. All I did was let her leave. She went back to the dark from whence she came. And I am allowed back into the light from which I came. Subtle Jubilee.

I really like this. Rhythm is so underrated in writing and you payed a lotta attention to it. I like the punctation too. And the content. I might take out the parenthesis at the end, to switch the style up, but I can see it your way too. Cool. xx EVRiM
I would skip a line between "commonalities" and "dance". Also I'd suggest.. But dance because we have to. Dance because it's free. Just for rythm, I'd skip the "and" but I could see it your way too. Also I'd loose some of the commas in the shout section. I really like this. For the right reader, genre-wise, this makes a good poem and puts out a message in a way one can really relate. Good job hunni bunni! xx EVRiM
I too am waiting for the dawn. Actually I think my dawn is finally here and I am in denial of it. Holding on to the past for dear life. Knowing and fearing the leap that lies ahead. What to do? What to do? I take it somehow find renewed hope and faith. Great poem. Got me thinking and feeling like any good poem should... and spoke a universal truth, ya dig? xx EVRiM
The internal struggle between light and dark. Oh boy! I believe this may be the most difficult mission we have (should we choose to take it) on this planet. And knowing our friends from our enemies, this may be the final exam. I think there are so many of us who feel this way. I can't wait til we all find eachother.
