I really enjoy reading this poem. "for those who wish for the moon and so much more" is beautiful. There is also a sense of tragedy here, like in most of your writing. I think it's beautiful. The imagery you create is striking too. Thank you for writing.
A picture is painted in my mind when I read this poem. It's short, dark and disturbed. Just the way it should be.
Brilliant. This poem captures the almost grim and gritty feel of South Africa. I think the bends the palm trees "over" word works well.
