Flash fiction should be very focused. It is telling a full story in a very short amount of time. I see the search for both for that focus and telling of a story in this piece, but it has not reached it. "Shvda left that day less of a woman" makes it obvious you are trying to write a story about a pivotal moment (or perhaps life-changing series of events).
