I will address your inquiry directly, as it repeats the same errors of every reporter, journalist and researcher thus far. I feel no need to offer further defense. I do think a summary is in order, to once again correct some misconceptions. Briefly, it has been said: every man who hates women only hates one woman. In ways I resent that the above saying has been applied to me, for in my pride I believe myself to be far too complex for so simple a sentiment, and what is more pertinent, I...

There was one further piece I would like to mention. And though I am suspicious of threes for the superstitions surrounding this number, it does feel like there is some uncanny relationship between the pieces. I was at a funeral. I should mention I am, as is normal I believe, deeply troubled by funerals. Perhaps this is old fashioned of me. They seem due homage. Mourning seems like a properly lonely state, and is honored by reluctance to approach. But the world is has truly become a farce or ...

"Art hath an enemy called ignorance"-Ben Johnson If she weren't my wife I would resent her. She sleeps easily. Wherever we find ourselves regardless of climate, altitude, or nation, she will sleep as soon as the lights go out. If she lays flat she will sleep. We laugh at this. I have seen her lose consciousness in mid-sentence. I call her "the chicken" as this friendly farm yard foul is known for this same immediate sleep. I don't bring this up to ridicule my wife, and as I mention I do not ...

I will address your inquiry very directly, as it repeats the same errors of every reporter, journalist and researcher thus far. Briefly, it has been said: every man who hates women only hates one woman. It should be considered that some sentiments and sayings refer to classes and ranges. In ways I resent that the above saying has been applied to me, for in my pride I believe myself to be far too complex for so simple a sentiment, and what is more pertinent, I cannot claim to hate women whatev...

This poem seems a bit ingenuous. There is an emphasis on superficial things to differentiate from youth, or just an idea of deserved indulgence, which bars youth, but these seem false. Old age doesn't entitle anyone to anything. The old still labor, mourn, behave selfishly, indulge in foolish ideas and bow to fear, much as they did when young. Let's look at a few lines : Forget what others think of your shape Dance to all the music within your heart Wherever you may find yourself to be Now is...

When I read the reviewer notes I expected something more avante garde. The story and the writing style are very much dime store novel. This isn’t an insult as I do not think there is anything wrong or thoughtless about dime store novels, necessarily. I have read several and they have been thought provoking and interesting on many occasions. The story’s style and tone are very much in line with suspense genre. I did not find anything especially ambiguous about it. To be honest about half way t...

Poetry / Your Eyes
I don't think this poem really says anything. There are some phrases that hint at some sorrow or yearning, but they do not connect with one another to indicate anything. Also some of it is senseless. "Don't you feel my rain?" "don't you see your rain?" Rain would here have some concepts, or sentiments behind it that would be understood or given to be effective. But there is no general idea or sentiment behind rain. Rain can be cleansing, foreboding, irritating, dramatic, a metaphor for tears ...
