So President George Bush is an ex-alcoholic, the devil, acts as if he "owns the world," according to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. At least, this is what he told the United Nations on Tuesday, September 20th. He continued his diatribe the next day in Harlem, saying Bush is a sick man who is unqualified for his job, among other things.
