Very powerful. . .I don't know what to say really. . .even my tv was muted! lol. . .but, seriously, this is so good. It DEFINATELY deserves to be publshed. You don't usually hear, or read, poetry like this anymore. I like it. I feel that it has a traditional air about it. It's just. . .just. . .old. It sounds like an 1800's poem and I truly appreciate it. It's good to hear, or read, about old custom traditions that dissappeared along the years. Thank you for reviving it.

Interesting. . .I would have thought that you were my friend, Ray, who's MY age! This poem is very depressing. I didn't think it was all that good. I mean, I liked it, but, well. . .I've read better. All I'm trying to say is write in your own style. Don't follow everyone. All I'm saying.

Okay, I'm officially a little scared. What was this poem about anyway? Were you trying to ask someone to come home and that if they did, then you would clean for them? I don't get it, but, you know, I don't get a lot of things. Anyway, I wasn't all to crazy about it. I've read much better. No offense to you of course but, it's the truth. RIGHT ON!!! :-) I love this poem because it's true! People have very little to beleive in right now, what with the wars and everything going on in this hectic world. Have you ever heard of the Golden Girls? I was just wondering. I liked it. Your poem was very descriptive! I got really good visuals in my mind and enjoyed it very much. I think that it still needs some developing though. It's good and all but, that's just what I think. Well, it was good all the same! :-)
