I really enjoyed this. So much that I had to pee the whole way through but could not pull away till...now. That's better. In any case there were only a few things that took my mind out of the story enough that I felt I needed to comment on them. 'audible plops' I was really engrossed until the word plop was introduced to the text. I'm sorry but 'firing neurons and chemical synapses' are the only things that explain 'very real terror'.
