George Bush Senior surely knew that the war in Iraq could not be won, at least within the four years that he held office - Nonetheless he passed the burning torch on to his verbally challenged son "W". Junior has kept our boys trotting around the sands of Iraq since 2003, and while the stabilization of the region is questionable, they did complete one mission high on George Jr's list - Capturing tyrannical Saddam Huessin, himself. But, the question still remained - Where did all the weapons o...

Reality Television for your ass! I don't watch much reality television - hurricanes and earthquakes in Florida is all the reality that I can handle these days, but the new season of Survivor seems to be a winner - This season it's survival of the races - Simply Because we're not yet full off of ethnic tension. I'm anxious to see how CBS encourages the show's producer, Mark Burnett, to challenge each of these tribes to survive. They tried their damnest to make Janet Jackson look like the world...

My friend, Andrea is work of art.. the way she sings hold music for me when we're on the phone so that I don't get bored while she's struggling to multi-task, her spontaneous analogies when discussing the relationship between a cream cheese pocket versus a basic cream cheese danish , and especially the way she uses big, nerd-word filled responses when I ask her silly questions like, "Where do baby chicken hawks come from?" She's quite the gal, but it's her magical purse that just knocks me ou...

Namaste When I need to reflect on lifes little bumps, I usually find either a quiet corner with one of my journals or just hide from the world under my duvet. I recently visited a meditation class - It's actually the second visit in a long while. I needed a quiet place to study some recent events that have played out in my universe. Before staking a permanent place in the class, I visited the school to obtain a one-on-one session - Kind of like a pre-meditation tutorial. Only in my world, is ...

I wish I would have know that Zoloft was for depression and anxiety before popping a couple like aspirin the other night. I felt deprived of my sleep and needed some rest, so I tossed two of those tiny bullets and waited. My moment of peaceful slumber was interrupted by a vision of a wild dingo-like canine that once ran past me in my front yard - I've been haunted by that night ever since. I tossed and turned for the rest of the night. I awoke the next morning around 8am, with my tongue stuck...

... but I lucked out I got 3. I can relate to this, but I only have 1. It was an entertaining short read. Keep it flowing.
This wasn't as humorous as the barrel of monkeys, but humorous indeed. There's always something comical in losing your virginity. It's refreshing to read war stories that don't involve destruction, but rather the real life foolery of young soldiers. I said it before and I will say it again, you should write more of your adventures. Great read!
This was hilarious. I always thought that I got myself into some pretty interesting situations, but you win. This was an all-around great read, and to know that I'm not the only person on the planet to have been teased and harassed by some form of jungle or swamp creature, makes me feel much more together. I live in Florida and for an entire month, the family office would get a daily visit from a snake I affectionately named "Andre". I had no other choice but to. I would love to read more of ...
This was a great story. How old were you exactly when you came up with this theory? The writing itself is very intelligent and a bit thought provoking, and the story is quite compelling in the beginning - I had no idea where it would end up, but it ended suprisingly amusing.
