Hate is such a strong and crippling emotion , it hurts destroys and degrades it has no boundaries no positive and no resolution ! there are so many negative results that come from hate and the funny part is it rarely ever hurts the person it is directed on ...hate is a state of anger which in derived from so many other negative feelings which all lead to stress which leads to high blood pressure which cause a negative strain on our body and also cause premature aging... so imagine the impact ...

Do you want me to hide the tear's in my eye's , and pretend not to cry ? Is this the type of life you want me to live ? a life full of lies ? where smiles are faded in the mind of only my closest allies . where my enemies manifest without a moments lost of rest. Maybe it's for the best !that emotions are suppressed. with nothing more or nothing less. My emotions are quickly replaced with emptiness

Its 12:45 am and i cant sleep,ive been tossing and turning all night..i feel so weird my body is on fire,so i got up and walked out onto the balcony.the moon instantly hypnotized my emotions . I lingered over to the lounge and sat ,when a warm settle breeze gently blew across my hot body..and forced my silk robe to open slightly..it felt as if the night was trying to seduced me. my long dark brown hair blew into the night sky in perfect harmony with the warm breeze, i was in a hypnotic state ...

I have learned with time there is opportunity so never give up !!! And that with every mistake there is a lesson learned, so learn from your mistakes..... I have learned with every lost there is a gain so be open to change ... And with change comes new beginnings, but never forget where you started off.... I have learned that throughout life were giving two paths Labeled Right and wrong,but no matter which you choose there is an obstacle !!!!but only one has a finish line with a positive outc...

As waves roll from sea to sea.. poetry flows from me..!! its a way of expression it whats set's my soul free.. it's a poet's freestyle can you flow like me?? I feel the beat in my head & it sends the rythem straight through my pen.. and leaves you swaying your head....
