TERROR Int: Early Morning: Bedroom: A slow sweep reveals corners, shapes and a human silhouette in the darkened space, the dawn light tainting the thin curtains. A bright red LED display noted it was 5.59am. Fade To Black. Int: Early Morning: Bedroom: 6.00am – before the alarm can act, it had already been de-activated some time ago. In the gloom we can see a person perched on the edge of a bed. Fade To Black. Int: Early Morning: Bedroom: The silhouette rises, a click is heard, an...

Floyd – 1997 Floyd Williams sat tied to a rusty metal chair in the middle of a spartan room painfully secured by three sets of handcuffs, two wrapped his ankles to the chairs tubular legs and the third set firmly securing his hands behind the back of the chair. Apart from bundles of rotting newspapers, opened tins of beans, used tins of spaghetti, old crisp excrement, dried pools of urine, used syringes and assorted paraphernalia the room was empty. A single central light bulb illumina...

This just a snippet of much more. Thanks for reading.   Breakfast had been followed with steaming hot cups of tea, lines of gear and nice smooth joints of Black. Jason had purchased an ounce from one his closest pals, Roxy down the Albert the same day he had brought half of bleeding Sainsbury’s. There was a good quarter left of the sticky gear but soon enough, once the rest of the lads arrived their many lungs would reduce that in no time at all. We most certainly would have to get...

Hi, Kind of confused at the moment! (My fault not yours - Stumbled into chapter 5) It's difficult to get a real insight into the main character, once again, not your fault. I can get a sense of a reflective 'grumpy' person, but i will have to read more to get a clearer idea. Thanks Bickle
Short Story / Untitled for the Moment
Hi, It sure is a strange old world, and inspiration comes in many forms... You have posted very little, so it was difficult to really get involved with the characters and the dire news. I think if you have more, you should post. What were the complications and why all the secrecy of the baby. What is the lead up plot? I would certainly read more... So write on! Thanks
Crime, Thrillers & Mystery / Diary of a Wannabe - Part 1
Hi, Well, I found part one, and I'm glad I did. Very happy to see it's not just me who finds the mind of a serial killer fascinating. I have studied many killers and the tabloidy books that are written in droves and most do not explore the inner turmoil, but concentrate on the gory details instead. Are this people really any different from us? What part allows them to speak of throwing away another being as if a empty crisp packet. I had only one problem with your narration, using such terms ...
Crime, Thrillers & Mystery / Diary of a Wannabe - Part 7
Hi, As always, I end up being in the deep end and not knowing what the hell is going on!! My problem, not yours! I will find the other parts and hopefully fill in the gaps. With that said, I still managed (I Hope!) to kind of get the trend of the story... A medium or/and a serial killer.... Ironically, there was a Hitman who worked for the mob called Iceman, not a very nice man. Your character rambles were interesting enough for me to try and seek further into that world. See you and keep chi...
