Most of your point is well taken; however, you might consider the libertarian argument as well: 1). When no coercion is involved, no crime is committed; 2)Every desire that is made illegal, creates another black market... Instead of capital letter to emphasize, you might want to italicize, as the big/ small juxtaposition of lettering is rather irritating on the eye.
