I want to be published and know I have a “life” waiting for me as a regularly published author, who makes decent money for creative output, but fear that because I am a “nobody” i.e not famous, not particularly well-connected, I will remain artistically invisible my whole life. I am happiest when I am writing. My other loves are (not in order of importance); travel, my two sons, architecture, languages, history, literature (although carefully chosen, because I am cynical about a lot of published works. Jealousy? Maybe!), music and voyages of discovery, either cerebral, physical, geographical or otherwise.

I welcome comments and look forward to sharing my thoughts on others’ work.

Yours in artistic preservation,

Joanna

Poor George! He's a normal kid living in the wrong time. I loved way you sculpted the fear surrounding George's uniqueness with your words. Well done! I loved Dolly too, his mother. I found it all very read...
