After watching “Pirates of Silicon Valley”, I was asked to express my views on how Bill Gates and Steve Jobs should have run Microsoft and Apple. I will first judge Bill Gates performance, then move on to Steve Jobs. Everyone who watched this movie probably thought that Bill Gates’ performance was excellent. Gates was aggressive with his company; I believe you need to be aggressive to have a successful business. Merging with “Apple” worked out to be a great deal for Gates. Three things happen...
