When I read this, I think of some major metropolis late at night, in one of the seedier parts.

I think that this story is really very good, original, using words of description that really captivates. But I think you need to flow your sentences out a little bit; there's too many choppy sentences.

I really, really enjoyed this. I think it's really quite unique in the sense that you managed to mix Orwellian/Huxleyan militarism as well as elements of a Philip K. Dick story. Keep it up!
