This is very moving. I rarely cry, but I have to say it brought tears to my eyes. It really touched me on a personal level. It has good flow and rhythm. I can picture the sunset and the starry skis in my mind. I can almost feel the breeze and the warmth of the sun. This picked me up and carried me through every word. We should all remember and be thankful for the little things. Thank you for putting it so beautifully.
Lol this is amusing. I'm always falling down. I fell last month, on the steps, and was almost in the hospital for Christmas. Six stitches around my eye and a bruised liver. It STILL hurts. I agree these aren't exactly quotes, but I think some of them are quotable. You make some good points. Why can't people just be themselves and do as they please, as long as they're not hurting anyone else? I wear what I want. I don't care what anybody else wears. And I thought MY family was dysfunctional. A bombed out mother, a burned out brother, a delusional, mad scientist father, and an out of touch sister.
