i havent read the other winterhaven pieces so i dont entirely understand whats going on but thats ok because i still like it. i liked readin this because it pulls you in it makes the reader, or at least me, want to read more and find out whats happens next. its also easy, its not over powered with details that distract the reader from the actaully story but there's is enough that the reader knows whats going on. Good Job.
i really liked this, it wasnt like anything i was expecting. i liked the way she hooks up with a guy just to have sex and it turns out he's a virgin too. i think that a lot of teens need to understand that having sex is not everything. i think its really good, i didnt find anything i would change. good job!
i think you've got a great start here. especailly the first stanza. love and what is love are well known universal themes so be careful and avoid cliches. i think you want to try to reword the last line in stanza 3, it doesnt seem to fit the way its written. keep up the writting
i like the voice of this piece, the speaker is down but not out and working their way back, its the american way so to speak, at least the american way as we would like to believe...anyway i liked this piece and found it rather refreasing after reading about cutters and depression and lose from some of my fellow teenagers
