I like it overall, but it seemed to be speaking of agoraphobia, and then it got philosphical at then end, and it didn't seem to add up. So perhaps I missed the point, I fear. I think the last line is important to you, but it doesn't seem to fit within this poem. ~feature this...
I thought it was pretty good, until the last two lines. I think they could have more impact if they were re-worded to have more rhythm. It's a bit too sticky. But other than that, you have a great point and I think you should send it! ~feature this...
Poetry / soft and bright
I like it. You didn,t need to use very many words to get the jist of the events across. Kinda creepy wat to start a fire.I especially love the title that goes with it. ~Michelle
Very nice... I loved the imagery and the way your words really captured both that child-like glee and the adult excitement, and even the reverence for the season. I think could be a very well-rounded Christmas song I'd relate to and want to hear every year, but hey, I love Christmas songs like redenecks love buffet restaurants. ~featurethis
