I am the mother of three daughters and the grandmother of eight, soon to be nine grandchildren. I also have one
great grand daughter and another great on the way.
I believe I have experiened every emotion a human could possibly feel.
I love my Lord Jesus Christ, my family and friends.
I have alot of love to share with others.
I never had much in materialism for my children, but I gave myself wholeheartedly to them. I gave them the gift of great love so they might share it with the unloved.
I would never have had this gift if it hadn’t been for the love of my mother. I had her for thirty-two yrs, and then Jesus needed her back home with Him.

God is my guide who guards my soul. He shelters me everyday from the cold. Along lifes path I've fell on my face, but you dear Lord lift me up with your grace. The people on this earth can be so cruel. They really know how to use this destructive tool! The ones who know God are not hard to find, but the ones who don't really mess with your mind! The reigns of evil can break a lowly heart, but with God He reminds me of a brand new start. The peace God grants me floods over my soul, lifting hig...

Why do you say I have forsaken thee through all your troubles and strife, when all along you would'nt listen to me..yet knowing I gave you my life! How many times have I approached you and you've shrugged me off in distain, all you could've done was let me touch you and I would've taken away all of your pain. The wall of darkness surrounds you and there's not a crack to let in the Light. Take heed in my Word..then sup with me and I'll show you my Godly might! You say that you are my bride but...

Poetry / Who am I?

When I gently ask you if you have the time for me, do you look at your watch, run off and simply try to flee? I'd just love to sit down with you and tell you who I am, but I know you're way to busy to sit and face me man to man. In this fast pace of life it's easy to look away, for your daily strife is burdened and it's hard to face each day. I know what it's like to do so much in a short span of time. I had so much to do myself, I had to have more of my kind. When we all get a job too big to...

Sunshine and rainbows are a promise of His wondrous love. With His great hands He guides us on our paths from above. His loving arms surrounds us giving warmth beyond all compare. Showing us His great strength that can soothe our every care. The stars and the moon can light some of the darkest places on earth. But the love that He did give us was to shine out to all by His birth. The wings of angels gently brush across my face. Reminding me always of my blessed Saviors grace. All the power in...

Jesus comes in all sizes... He cloaks us in love and He fits like a glove. When you wash yourself that cloak never shrinks cause if it did...what would others think. We don't need any fabric softener to make us feel great, we wear Him in gratitude that rids us of hate. Its better than dead carcasses which some people call mink and the linen we're clothed with doesn't decay, rot or stink. You don't have to worry if the wrinkles are all out...for each one is handled preciously, which there is n...

Poetry / For X.
I see this as a couple who were united as one and then the love over the passage of time split them into two separate lives again. Yet the love is not completely dead but it is yellowed by the aging and passing of time. Eventually they die and now their spirits, which are now withering, just float over the tombstones that carry their names. Have I capured anything in this poem or do I see this in an abstract way of something completely different than what you are trying to convey? I am a litt...
Poetry / Daddy Dearest
Oh my goodness, bless your heart. This is so emotional I see every thing as a nightmare! Every waking moment this is a reality that exists and who do you turn to for comfort! If you tell, no one will believe you! There is such a fear that you pull into yourself and block out the rest of the world. I was four years old when my grandpa molested me. My daddy, cousins,an uncle, plus a boy from church...all molested me. I withdrew from people. It has taken me many years to overcome (I turned to Je...
First of all I love your poem and I hurt with you also. My husband has drank for 35 yrs. A 5th of Jack a day + a case of beer with that and his incredible edible weed! Everyday all this each and everyday! The only time he didn't drink was the first 2 yrs we were married and the other 2 were after he died in a vehicle accident. God told me he would be struck on the road to Damascus like Saul(Paul)in the bible. But God said he would'nt die! People thought I was nuts when I told my 3 girls that ...
Poetry / The Saint
Wow this is pretty awesome for a 16 yr old! Talk about a play on words....lol. I can see why you offer to help on this one. I have some poems that are so plain to see and yet some people are not even getting it. The meaning of the poems that is! May God keep on blessing you with your writings, hopefully people won't need to be enlightened other than the message you write! Della
When you spell 'extravagent' it is actually spelled extravagant if you are ok with me telling you that. Now the poem itself...If smiles are extravagant and thrown across the world, that would make one think that everyone is smiling. So up the flight of stairs there is someone who is unhappy, why...because they couldn't hear the smiles? I can hear laughter, but not a smile! I don't really understand this poem. Make what last? Was she dreaming and that is what makes her sad? Maybe you should th...
