With having to give a rating on almost everything you can rate on. Not much I can say.

I like it. If you wanted to leave it for the reader to truly ponder and think about themselves I would say just leave it as "Risk's I didn't take". In the scheme of things it is the risks we are unwilling to take that prevent us from all else. "word's I didn't Speak" usually due to fear of risk. "Intuition I didn't act upon" another example of fear of risk. Just my thoughts.

This is good. Simple, and elegant. I like the moral of the quote as well.

Powerful. I sensed the writers anger. I like the accent to this, it seemed to keep me intrigued.
