I enjoyed reading this poem. You have a great use of imagery in this that enables the reader to visualize each line. There is a sense of both the happiness that should be for a wedding to the realization of what actually happens after all the cake and flowers are gone. As I read it, I was under the impression you had negative impressions of a wedding. But as I read it to the end, I came to realize what was actually happening.
