Canvas of the Four Seasons

Drops of sunshine
Falling from the blue
Abyss. Sliding through the air
At the speed of light and touching
The earthy tones below. People
Drinking down sips of bottled water and coffee
Merrily through the rejoicing speed that increases with
Energy. Turning from the splashes of gold to blue with the
Increasing rain of the season. Umbrellas peacefully put up over the heads
Of lovers inducing dramatic visions of the cosmos directed by the great magnet.
Showers of blue with hinting gold splashes of rays the speed of light
Overturning to wistful drops of gray and white, showing the cold
Breath of frosty for the first time of the year and children
Go out and play with mittens and scarves while the
Parents watch thoughtfully with their hot cocoa
And snuggle with blankets made for the season.
Stripping the clothes of the once cool
Air to feel the warmth of
Golden drops of
Sunshine.
