a perfect thing to say and feel.

I agree with this quote, because love is about giving something to each other and.. Like it’s said two become in one (being in love)..Sometimes lovers fill each other. When they are together it’s seems that they are one ideal person..Living in the same world, they are one, they feel complete and they get used to that..So when they broke up that world is being destroyd and it seems that they lost a part of theirseves..
I know I’m not good at words, but I hope you understand what I wanted to say..:)

It is a nice quote although I have heard the same thing said or wrote a million different ways. Very true though!!!!

i do like the quote because i do believe that there is truth in it. but i feel it lacks orginality. i feel like this is a quote that i have already heard. maybe try to reword it so that it has more of “you” in the quote.

I’m curious.  Are quotes submitted meant to be original works?  I submitted it quoting a statement I made.  I acknowledged in the notes that it may have been said first by someone else, so am not trying to pass it off as my own creation.  I could re-write it, but then it wouldn’t be a quote anymore would it?  Also, I said it, so how could it be any more, “me”?

It sounded right at the time!  I was trying to say that when in love you feel incomplete when apart.  Or something like that.

I disagree it made sense in the particular situation. Often a lot is unsaid, IE questions, confermations, doubt, and this was a good example of filling in the blanks with a strong sentiment.

This is nice, but a little redundant. If you’ve given yourself to someone, it’s expected that they take a piece of you when they leave. It’s a true statement, but the wording is a bit obvious.

I dont think I have heard it before, and it is strong. I like it, it has movie line feel about it. Im sure it could be used somewhere in hollywood.
Good line, especially when used in the context states above.
