Hate is such a strong and crippling emotion , it hurts destroys and degrades it has no boundaries no positive and no resolution ! there are so many negative results that come from hate and the funny part is it rarely ever hurts the person it is directed on …hate is a state of anger which in derived from so many other negative feelings which all lead to stress which leads to high blood pressure which cause a negative strain on our body and also cause premature aging… so imagine the impact you can have on yourself to forgive and let go of the stupid and in composing negative energy that arrives from hate….

Many of You are probably wondering why in the hell i’m posting these so called food for thought !!! well heres a little insight i have dedicated this year in being healthy not just physically but emotionally and mentally and spiritually ..and grant you i have only been at this for 2 weeks i can see the positive in my personality already….so my quest is not only to be a better person but to share this with the people in my life wither it be via internet myspace real life or just a simple act of kindness toward a stranger !!!!

Okay, few things, just small things
[i think] your little quest thing, should be in your reviewers notes, only cause it’s a reasoning for what you’ve written above it. Gives the readers/reviewers a bit of insight as to why you’re writing something.
There’s no reason why you couldn’t turn this into a journalism piece, with your quotes each being a separate paragraph, you could explain them, what you get from each specific thing, etc.
The subject has potential, definitely.
