it’s just an easy way out
but yet so hard to do
they say it’s a coward’s choice
but so is all I do
I see the blade
and see the end
but yet I stop
let myself mend
you are all I have
the only good I know
and yet when I’m with you
I still just want to go
you see the pain
you fight for me
even if I’m
too pissed to see
what you are doing
for you and for me
for me to heal
and for “us” to be
how do I tell you
I’m lucky and know it
that all you do
I appreciate
though I don’t show it
you see everything
I only see you
that’s what matters
whatever we do
when I see
you with me
I see us
just us
