Poetry / Say What ! (Analysis)

I appreciate your usage of earthly facts, combined with dark cliche, and a sprinkle of madness, not to mention a spoonful of quirky.  I cannot stop reading it.  Too many people would not take the time to dig in…but I love the honesty implied.

My experience-”I like the first line especially because so many times people get the wrong impression, we end up faking an impression just to fit in, momentarily, then decide we actually did mean it (for acceptance), because we don’t believe in putting anyone out, especially a stranger, and then are glad we did not write down how these feelings spoke, because what seemed to be so true at the time turned out later to be something above our own mind(s), seeking acceptance for something only we ourselves could have ever developed, without us.”

Great job as you perfectly describe the complexitiy and necessicity of communication.

When people are young no one ever seems to realize such things are important. I have felt this way since I have grown in such a way to understand the meaning behind words and the damage they can do. I take my time and talk and think before I do. I like this because I really think more people should exercise this practice.
