Not terribly unique, but sweet. The comma should probably be a semicolon. :)

short, straight to the point, not bad, but not unheard of.
Very well said, in order to get into someone’s head and heart you have to look at things from their point of view. Many people write their feelings down, but not everyone will admit to it, that is the way into their core, the way to see things through their eyes
I can certainly read your words. As far as “knowing your heart,” I’m not sure. I can maybe “feel” your heart or “empathize” with your heart but I just don’t know if I can know it. I barely know my own heart. Like strangers sometimes, we are.
Tight 6 words. Ripe. In a good way. Thanks for sharing.
It’s hard to be profound when you have 6 words to do it with. I was thinking more of “See my actions, know my heart”. Something along that line would have carried more weight.
i really like this

Six Word Review
Read my bracelet. Know my affliction.
I am awake at an hour when wakefulness is most obscene, so will scramble this and take unforgivable liberties with it:
know my read heartwords
my heart words red
[I imagine something written in blood. Morbidness comprises seventy-eight ninety-ninths of my charm. The rest is packing peanuts and styrofoam]
You could really Dr. Suess this, if you wanted to. If you wanted to, you could write six words seven separate ways from Timbuktu.
Maybe I could read you heartwards, as in toward? I imagine a pleasant journey or blissful laparoscopic surgery, fraught with purple pulsations and steady tribal drumbeats.
Yes, I like this poem very much.
