A tad obscure. The imperative at the end is interesting, but I don’t get its connection to the preceding sentence. Good luck.

The first four words are beautifully chosen. I think it says a lot about you. In fact, I would have rated this a 9 or 10 if it had only been “Everything changed except me.” “Grow up” is a popular cliche, and I don’t think you need it to get your point across.
