yes. you can stop now. it’s perfect. very clever piece. often, too much revising only makes things worse. the initial idea is lost, the punch is softened, the heart bled dry.
the quotes make me wonder if they’re aren’t two people talking and the end makes me wonder if maybe it was only one person talking to himself and then thinking. it’s good. it packs quite a bit into six words. well done. thanks.

A bit pessimistic, no? If your fingers are flying, why would your words die? Your words are alive now, as i read them.

This is good except for the word “my”. Word fillers. Without that word this will hit harder. Now you have a problem, 2 more words are needed. I challenge you to find those words to make this even more poignant.
