Quotes / Six-Word Momoirs: Simplexity

This doesn’t make much sense.  The only interpretation I can think of would be that this means “I am beauty.”

So, since it is not very witty, and not really a memoir, I don’t think it works well as a 6 word memoir.

I think that it sounds beautiful, like being in the creative life you have wings and you can go wherever life takes you. :)

Quite an interesting way to define your life. It suggests it all, creativity, artistic, and colorful, good quote.

It is possible, just as one could say “I am nature in worm-form before hatching ”, but I’d think butterfly wings were nature, along with so much else, i.e., “I am nature, I am butterfly wings in my nature”. A more robust expression might be I am the butterfly’s wings”. But I’ve never seen these 6-word momoirs--you meant memoirs?--you would not want to waste any words in such an encapsulating short phrase, and butterfly wings alone show you are nature and give you 2 more words to distinguish yourself. “I am butterfly wings folded tightly” or ”.. spread wide”. “I am random colors in butterfly wings,” “I am dry, delicate butterfly wings…” all show you are nature, plus reveal a little more of you.

nice vision one oneness with the universe.

Something so large inside something so small… I like it. Your title captures it. Simple and complex at the same time. It’s always more fun when you can have both together.

I wrote this based on chaos theory, and I wrote this original version sometime ago but didnt really like it so I changed it to six words for now instead…

I am not fixed,
why do you rush,
determined to rule out?

I am Nature,
a flap of the butterfly’s wings,
a wave shakes the Universe!

great job overall

It’s a nice quote. Are there any reference notes with which to guide the reader in grasping the author’s frame of mind or intent in conmposing it? Or are we just to apply it as we see fit?

It could be like the film Babel is a good example of how we apply the choas theory. We are the nature, we are the wings of butterlies and we are the wave from the flap of butterflies…
