That is the life of writing, yes?  I like this one.  You have way too many rating criteria on this six-word memoir.  You have one twice, and you only need one on publishers.  But you have captured the characteristics of a writer.

“For Sale: Baby shoes, never worn.” An ordinary action, then the object (something filled with meaning), then a description of its condition, again filled with history and emotion. You give us a string of 6 adjectives floating in a void. It needs an anchor, something to ground it.

The creative, driven part confuses me. The other words appear to be opposites yet I don’t consider creative and driven as opposites to one another. I think the other four words work for a memoir because life can be filled with many ups and downs and opposites. Its relatable, although I don’t understand how the last two fit. It’s your memoir though so it must fit your life.

This is a memoir that could fit just about any book or poem set to be published. In just six words you’ve prety much sumed up the world and everyone in it.

Appears to be more of a resume title than a short story.

Says something, while saying nothing. It isn’t really a sentence. I get the jist of it, but can you construct a sentence that says it all, without just listing traits?

I am not sure I see the time line, A memoir is a sequence of actions or experiences.
I can see a progression if that is what you are intending. The humor also comes through.
I have felt that insanity often leads to genius, so I’ll go with you on that one.
Keep it up

It doesn’t paint enough of an image. It is more of a resume tag cloud.
