Short Story / FUCK PREPS (Analysis)

I’d say this qualifies for a rant and you need to focus (ha, I almost put fuckus) your purpose. So…who cares? You don’t like preps, who does? What are you saying that’s new? What is it you are trying to get to?

Perhaps this could be a vingette for a character, but as is, it comes off as teenaged angst which the Sex Pistols and Gen X did so much better. Focus! Spell correctly and, by George, develop it into something else.

Punctuation needs work.  Possible start of a novel.  Though clarification is needed….what is a prep?

HAHAHAHAHA  I had a folder that said that when I was like 15.  Listen, you probably listen to Dropkick Murphys, rancid and other “punk bands” and you’re probably all about being punk and fuck everyone who isn’t.  I know, I was there.  Take a couple sociology classes, and stop shopping at Hot Topic.  You are very close minded and hopefully you’ll grow out of it.  Just remember, origionality is a dream, never a reality.  One way or another, you are conforming.

Is this a piece wrote in anger?  Should it be subtitled “Fuck Grammar” too?  Kidding.  I don’t like this to tell you the truth.  It comes off kind of juvenile and doesn’t really have no ulterior meaning.  I mean there are pieces that aren’t substantial pieces of work, mind you, I’ve wrote a few but this is kind of crazy.

You may not like all I have to say so let’s clarify up front.  I play rock & roll for a livin.  I have multiple tattoos, smoke cigarettes, drink and write.  I have a tendency to get into fights… often…  But preps have the money to buy my albums, they tip bartenders more, they pay higher taxes and make the country more prosperous.  At the same time, they’ll be the ones to curse you for your statement instead of allowing you the emotional right to do so… Therefore, I’d agree… fuck em.

I know some preps, or at least the ones from around here, and like, they are nice, dude.

Well first off, this is a place of writing and reviews, so to start off, this is horribly written. There’s misspelled words everywhere and no punctuation or anything.
