I think this is very true – writers always need to take risks regarding all matters! But I think ‘Roll the dice, you’ll never know.’ might be better (gramatically).

Umm…
I don’t see what I’m supposed to be reading?
well you certainly provide one solid mental image here, which is good. dice rolling. a solid image plus an abstract idea (taking chances) makes for a solid six words. just a little vanilla, if you understand me meaning.
I like the connotations here; it obviously implies gambling, but it also leaves an open-ended question: what is being gambled for? Life? Death? Your life savings? That open-ended question is what makes the statement great…it can be interpreted in a number of different ways, and it therefore makes it about ten times more approachable to the reader. I liked it very much…very effective.
I like it, and how it relates to all our chances in life. Life is a big gamble…
Although this is a great motivational statement and even would be great to quote at the end of a motivational speech. I am having a hard time applying it as effective in reference to the topic The creative life. When I try applying it, it conflicts with the experience. Artists create as if it were air to breath as inspired. If they are seeking fame from their creations however, then this statement applies, but, yet again is still another topic. Good luck.
Clear, precise and very true. Hey, you never know! Nice capture.
What you’ve written is true.
I fully agree! Your quote reflects my current journey, so I feel it personally. To take that chance in life, to decide to roll the dice, makes ALL the difference. Thank you very much for letting me read it.
I like it. It is amusing and explains chances writer’s take. It struck me as very bland also, like a coined phrase from long ago that has lost it’s importance.
