i’m amazed that the 6 word memoirs are still popping up in my queue. anyway…
This piece has a very 80’s rocker feel to it, and i mean that in a good way. I imagine a baby dressed in a Bon Jovi t-shirt jamming out in a cradle, tossing up the index/pinkie rock-on sign to mommy and daddy.
The all caps for “ALIVE” suits this well. It’s an affirmation of an affirmation, which makes it really loud. nice work.

Hmm.. I’m not sure what to say about this one. It seems to me like the second part
(born ALIVE!) should come before the first since you are usually born before you are rocked in a cradle…. unless you felt born again, or alive because of you’re connection to creativity, in which case I understand the quote. It is however a good quote that presents an interesting idea.

How funny. I work as a nurse, too. You forgot one thing in your reviewers note. I would think that you are first and foremost “creative as a person”, followed by painter, poet, and nurse. “Creativity” rocked your cradle. I take it to mean that your creativity stems from your parents, and lives on through you. Very nice sentiment. I can certainly relate to these words. Nice work. :)
