I can’t help but laugh. You’re right, to be a writer you must view things differently from others. You have to be more creative, be inspired, and drawn to change. Truly, you write with honesty and humor. =)

nice, sounds like old cliche’, have to fall back to get ahead. A writer experiences it that alot. I am sure you probably have also.
i don’t know why if you gained success you would flush it away with therapy. go rock climbing instead.
it’s almost funny, if that doesn’t sound insulting. This seems to be the pattern of so many people today, though, doean’t it? A failure, a success, and therapy are all in an ordered life these days. This quote will continue to have me chuckling throuhout the day. Thank you.
Would be better as complete sentences. “Failed life. Gained success. Started therapy.” But pretty fun and funny, none the less.
Tells everything you need to know about being a writer but were too afraid to ask. The writer writes because he can do nothing else, he is praised for his singular talent, and then uses that money and sucess to pay for the therpy to deal with the other problems
Sounds better then the True Hollywood stories or the Behind the Music shows. I could come up with a million ideas why but it could be taken as a funny thing, failed life, gained success started therapy. Brillant.
Nice, very nice. Subtle, and yet it speaks so loudly of an experience so often in its reocurring. And yet it still seems so original. Over all, a god quote
Amusing, true, and overall great diction in those six words.
This actually tells a story. Failing the beginning of a life is a story in itself, then gaining success in a sort of ‘ghetto-to-glory’ way. The interesting part though is ‘started therapy’. Whether it’s because you were able to afford therapy for the beginning times before you gained success, that’s interesting.
Good wording.
