Even with only 6 words to use, a little vague, why should you be dead, gee we don’t want you dead though! But do you see where I am going with this, let me give a little example, your dead, should have been me. You see what I am saying?? Give it more meaning, more punch and understanding.

That sounds extremely depressing. It definitely would fit a memoir of ones life, and it definitely wants to lead people to know the story behind it. I like it a lot. :)
an unfortunate thought that plagues too many people. The fact of the matter is: you’re not the one dead, so either fix the problem (not something I’m recommending) or learn to live again. —Mandy
Wow. Powerful words, especially as a memoir. Really makes me wonder what kind of life you’ve led. This is great because it actually makes you think, wonder, dream up little stories about what could have happened. It’s different, good job.
Thank you. This is a wonderfully written six word memoir. The word choice isn’t too flowery, it is straight to the point and honest. At the same time, it leaves so much to the imagination. Beyond the obvious question of why should you be dead, many others rapidly arise. Well written!
hi there,
well it sounds like a powerful 6 word message, that could mean a tragedy of some sort, like a car accident…or a fast living kund of person..etc. but i am not sure what or how it connects to being a writer, but just a quote on it’s own..it is interesting….jim
This is both humorous and intriguing when you think about it.
I wonder if this would be written as someone’s memoir or even on a tombstone.
its an interesting F* you to the world, one last stab before you’re forgotten.
keep sharing.
That statement carries alot of weight. Alot of emotion condensed in six short words. There’s more emotion in that statement than in most paragraphs. Very powerful.
sounds like someone is carrying around a bit of guilt. strong statement. six words. banana-cream pie.
guilty man still lives. this piece, while dark, is inherently optimistic. the narrator still breathes.
good work.
