Silent nights upon a whisper's flow
Beautiful sonnets can be heard afar
Wishful thinking of two minds alike
Wishing wonders upon many stars
A moment in time to dance in rain
Two solitary minds lose their pain
Concealing tears from seeker's eye
Two souls in sorrow that do cry
Portions of pain split in halves
Solace can only be found between two
Two stormy skies of separate lives
Under the same heaven so blue
A chance at peace can be found
If these souls shared common ground
A search for the half of one's soul
Can only make to halves one whole

Beautiful poem. It bothered me the way that you set up the rhyme pattern though. It was mostly because the first stanza didn’t fit into the rhyme pattern. But it does make your poem different and I give you credit for that.

I liked the ryhmes you created, and the whole piece fit together. The beginning sort of reminds me of Romeo in Juliet just a little bit.
