I appreciate your review… I wasn’t going to publish this here, but wanted it to mark the date, so-to-speak, as a keepsake; but I do love a woman who likes to get into a little trouble.
Poetry / to put it nicely... (Analysis)
Here is what I hate -
- You seem to be blessed with a good heart.
- When someone walks by wearing your perfume, it takes me to you.
- I know nothing about you.
Here is what I love -
- You seem to be full of bad ideas.
- When you walk by wearing your perfume, I die for you.
- I know nothing about you.

Hm, hard to work with the length, but for a short piece I have to admire the swap the of hate/love goodheart/bad-ideas and taking-to/dying-for, but all the reader has to base this off of is perfume. I can’t really understand anything beyond this surface you’ve given readers. I guess we both know nothing about the person. Im curious how with that ending it warms hearts(the goals ranking)? Just wondering.

Love as an enigma. Knowing nothing about someone is both loved and hated. This is a surprisingly clear poem in spite of its seeming confusion. True, it took two readings before I decided I liked it. Still, it is a good example of what poetry is supposed to do.
I did wonder if the second lines of the verses should be reversed. It would seem bad ideas are easier to hate than “a good heart.”
This left me hanging. I would recommend adding more to this. I could not catch on to lines 3 and 7. I think if you add a little more it could help make these understandable or make the title have purpose.
