This is a good one. Indeed if you intend to bring on change, somebody always tries to stand in the way. As for changing the quote itself I’d suggest putting more emphasis on the inevitability of upsetting people. That and perhaps substituting the word “piss”.

I love this quote! It speaks loads of truth. Change is rarely embraced and there is always a struggle. Great quote. Only thing I would change is the once in awhile. It doesn’t seem neccessary to say that. Your quote is perfect just saying “The wonderful think about social change is that, to be achieved, you have to piss people off.”
