Poetry / Beauty Yet to See
Live passion live
Breathe the air gasping
Grow greedily feeding
On fertile minds
Denying jealous time
Though to human ends
Mortals fall
I’ll not dare to miss one moment
Of your poisonous ecstasy
Though you may claim my life
I walk there side step
Clasped at arms
Life like light is ever fleeting
So I choose to be there
In life exceeding
Tasting touching feeling all
For who can say which day
This is, a first or last I cannot tell
But certain as the sun is rising
My heart beats fast and strong
For the all the beauty I’ve yet to see

Stands and applauds. The sound in that poem is so amazing, so… wow. Great sound, great meaning, and the only thing I would suggest is maybe using some punctuation… but honestly, I don’t even think you need that because the words just fit together so rhythmically. Forgive me, but “damn.” I reall enjoyed this poem. Keep writing! Amazing. This is what I like to read… good poetry.
