Why do you have to go?
Why can’t you stay?
Why do you continue to let me love you?
I’m gonna miss you so much, please just stay.
Before you go, can I have the following please!!!
Can I have a kiss below the waist, between my knees?
Can I have the last hug and squeeze?
Can you stay with me for one whole night?
Can we have one last shower?
Can I cook you breakfast and feed you one last time?
Can we go to the beach and walk on the sand, while we hold eachother hand?
Can you hold me while, we sleep and as I cry my eyes to they get weak?
Can we make love for the first and last time?
Before you go I would like to know? Do you really have to go?

“Why do you continue to let me love you? ” – that’s your best line.
The rest of this not terribly original.  It might help to use more personally specific things that you and your “Sweet-P” do (or you want to do), rather that those things that all couples do.  Also, remember to edit for spelling, punctuation, and typos. Keep writing!
