Before we go into the unknown we find ways to protect ourselves.
We put up barriers to keep that that we fear out.
We do not risk getting hurt.
When we take a chance it’s always hesitant,
never do we go in full throttle.
We take precautions and do everything in our power
to keep ourselves whole.
We must learn to face these fears unarmed and unmasked,
only then,
can we experience true Love.
