Try to believe that you are more,
Try to know you’re not alone;
Try to see the world through my eyes,
And see that I have grown.

Try to forget the insults spawned,
Try to remember the praise you’ve earned;
Try to find your mistakeful past,
And see what I have learned.

Try to forget the bottles you’ve hidden,
Try to forget the words he said;
Try to remember the life you chose,
And the child to life you led.

Try to remember I’ll love you forever,
Try to remember I’ll like you for always;
Please try to acknowledge the time that passes,
For I’ll be gone one of these days.

Very good. Gets the message acrossed clearly. Lots of emotion and conflict. You mixed feeling of acceptance and caring even with those things that you could not shnage like the bottles hidden. Well written.

I do like your style, you convey the message very well. Your work comes from the depths within and I admire it. Gosh, you are so young and I would really like to see your work in 50 years time !!! Awesome, but alas I wont be around. Dont ever give up cause I believe you have talent.
