The way I told it to her was, “Yea, they’re glitzy; but you, you’re like the sun come up in the morning.” It’s nice to find someone that fills the bill.

I really like this. It’s beautiful. I may steal it and say it to my boyfriend.

The punctuation could be altered a little though. It may be more powerful if you present it this way: “You’re a sunrise for the first time. Every time.” I’d play with it a bit.

That is a damn sappy metaphor. Seriously, that’s some trite imagery.

This is so true of some people and some situations.

I used to work with people with dementia and that is the first thing that came to my mind when reading this.

I’ve got to remember this one. Thank-you for your positiveness.
