But just as fake.
Just kill it.
Leave what we had.
Start a new book with somebody else.
We won’t fight through this anymore.
No more mind games.
No more misconceptions of what we really want.
It’s all over.
Dead.
Gone.

I was looking for a somethiung that held this all together. Its good , but its a good piece of prose , not really lyrics. You really need a repeater to set it as lyrics. I liked your word play however and this a rewrite would work wonders.
