I think that these are good lyrics. They invoke strong emotions in the listener/reader.

I thought the idea for the song was great, and it certainly is a universal feeling, which is important for a song. It seems a little short, are you planning on adding more lyrics. That would be my only recommendation.

I like the sprawling sort of broad mythical feeling to this poem,its very creative.It’s just such a good idea that I wish you had put more time into some of the lesser lyrics.”Tonight’s our last night before we die”-I thought that was a good image and idea but didn’ like the words you used.To me they made it seem hokey and maldramatic.”Their mission is to kill me” I felt similarly about that line.All said and done though,its a very good song.
